This feedback is a cautionary warning…

Do not order any product from Ava Estell (a skin care company in London). The company has been accepting website orders but isn’t processing them. I placed an order with Ava Estell on 11/28/25… after trying to check on my order status, the company owner sent email stating that they’re inundated with orders but orders would be mailed shortly.

I’ve been ordering from this company since 2021, so there was no prior history of fraud. What ended up occurring after their initial response, the emails, text msg, IG dm’s & website submissions were ignored. After exhausting all efforts to get an update I reached out to the British Board for Better Business for their help.

Even though this entire situation has been annoying, I have only good things to say about the BBBB. I submitted an online form outlining what had transpired and received a very detailed response with suggestions on what I should do next. After months of being ignored I had finally reached someone who cared enough to apologize for my experience and provided me with actionable options.

Ava Estell may have rattled my faith in placing orders outside of the United States, but the BBBB showed me that not every organization is ok with being subpar or unethical.

Thank you to the BBBB Team for showing me compassion and understanding with this unfortunate situation.
